Purchasing your Wristband or Ticket is very simple using our secure online ordering facility.

To order your Wristbands or Tickets, simply visit the
Park Opening Times page, and select the day you wish to visit us. Once you have selected your required day, you will be taken to our booking page.

Please note* - that when ordering wristbands, that the wristbands you are ordering are only valid for the wristband day that you are ordering for only.

Once you have chosen the type and total number of tickets or wristbands required, you will asked to provide and register your personnel details. Your personnel details will only be used to complete your purchase and validate your transaction when redeeming your tickets or wristbands from our booking office/cashier located within the middle arcade within the park.

Once you have registered your information you will then be asked to confirm your order before proceeding with your payment.

Once you have successfully ordered your Wristbands or Tickets, simply wait for the confirmation email to be sent to you as this contains all the necessary information to confirm your order and payment with us (you should receive your email within a few minutes of your payment completing however if you do not receive your confirmation email within 2-3 hours, please contact us).

Next print your confirmation email and then take to our booking office/cashier situated within the middle arcade at Ocean Beach Pleasure Park on the day of your visit, to receive your tickets or wristbands.
