General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We’re updating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to support upcoming changes to European data protection laws. We’re also introducing new and improved account settings to provide even greater security over the data we handle. Here are some of the key updates:

Greater transparency. We appreciate that you are trusting us with information that is important to you. We want you to understand how and why we use your data and how you can control that use. Our updated Privacy Policy will more clearly describe our data practices, like our data retention and how we manage your data.

Increased Security. We are making security improvements to our website hosting and email handling, we will make it easier for you to amend or delete personal data you have given us, like email addresses on mailing lists or data supplied via forms or purchases. We have never shared your data with others and will not use it that way.

Purchases. We have never held any payment information such as card details as part of our data retention, all financial transactions will continue to utilize PayPal’s trusted and secure environment, enabling all data to remain encrypted during the payment process. Personal data used to process and verify purchases (names, emails, addresses, mobile numbers etc.) are encrypted in our improved hosting environment.

By using our services on or after Ma‌y 2‌4, 20‌18, you’ll be agreeing to the revisions, unless you accept them sooner, such as when you agree to them while creating an account, buying online or subscribing to our mailing list, previous privacy policies and terms of service will be replaced by the updated requirements by law.
